Acceptance

By using fidelitysfunding.com or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Advertiser & Lending Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The Service

Fidelity Funding provides a loan connection and comparison service: it transmits your request to independent, state-licensed third-party lenders and publishes educational content about personal loans. Fidelity Funding is not a lender and is not a party to any loan agreement you sign. Any credit decision, offer, rate, fee, funding, and servicing is solely between you and the lender you choose.

No Guarantee; Informational Content

Submitting a request does not guarantee an offer, approval, any particular terms, or funding by any date. All figures on this site — rates, payments, timelines — are estimates for illustration; your signed loan agreement is the only binding statement of your terms. Content on this site is educational and is not legal, tax, or financial advice.

Eligibility and Your Responsibilities

Prohibited Use

You may not use the site to submit false or third-party information, to probe or disrupt its security, to scrape or republish its content at scale, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for violations.

Intellectual Property

Site content, design, and the Fidelity Funding name are the property of Fidelity Funding or its licensors. You may link to and quote reasonably from the site with attribution; wholesale reproduction requires written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fidelity Funding is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from any loan transaction with a third-party lender. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the service — which is zero, as the service is free to borrowers.

Changes, Governing Law, Contact
